Chad Williams, the suspect in Saturday’s In-N-Out tragedy, attended the College of Southern Idaho from August 2022 to December 2023 but did not graduate. He served as a student senator before being impeached in February 2023 for what a former student government official called “procedural” reasons. CSI says it will cooperate with law enforcement in the investigation.
