A gunman who killed three people at a Twin Falls, Idaho fast-food restaurant died by self-inflicted gunshot after an off-duty officer and a bystander fired shots that diverted him. Police identified the shooter as 24-year-old Chad Williams, acting alone. Seven others were injured — two released, three stable, two in critical condition.
