Michael Jordan has been a NASCAR fan since childhood, growing up in North Carolina, where his father James took the family to tracks like Darlington, Rockingham, Charlotte, and Daytona. He spent Sundays watching the sport and idolizing legends such as Richard Petty and Cale Yarborough, a lifelong passion that eventually led him to become a team owner with 23XI Racing. Today, that childhood fandom came full circle as Jordan earned his first win as a team owner at the Daytona 500. 🏁
