- Create and manage resources for the economic benefit of the group.

- Establish economies within communities to produce income, wealth, jobs, and business opportunities.
- Educate the community on the importance of understanding and building an economy.
- Make intentional economic decisions in the best interests of Black Americans.
4. Strategic Mindset
- Use competition culture effectively, as other ethnic subgroups have successfully done.
