The ICE agent involved in the fatal shooting of a woman in south Minneapolis has been identified as Jonathan Ross, according to a source familiar with the case and confirmed by court documents. Federal officials described Ross as an “experienced” officer. He was previously injured in a dragging incident during a June operation in the Twin Cities.
