William DeFoor reportedly visited the East Walnut Hills area, where he was captured on security footage by a Secret Service agent walking onto private property without permission. During the incident, he allegedly damaged four windows and a vehicle.

DeFoor has been charged with:

  • Criminal damaging/endangering – misdemeanor; may carry up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine.
  • Obstructing official business – misdemeanor; may carry up to 60 days in jail and/or a fine.
  • Criminal trespass – misdemeanor; may carry up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine.
  • Vandalism – fifth-degree felony; may carry 6–12 months in prison and/or a fine, depending on state law.

If convicted, DeFoor could face a combination of jail time, fines, and other penalties, with the felony charge carrying the most severe consequences.
