NBA superstar James Harden was arrested in Houston early Saturday morning at 3:41 a.m. and booked on a misdemeanor charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon.
As a misdemeanor in Texas, the charge can carry a penalty of up to a $4,000 fine and up to one year in jail, depending on the court’s decision and circumstances.
